The holidays are just around the corner, and I for one am looking forward to the reset, to taking a break to celebrate another year with friends and family. My favorite way to celebrate is, obviously, with food, but that doesn't mean every day has to be (or can be) a big affair. When looking at the recipes selected by our editors this December, it's easy to see who's clearly in "celebration" mode and who's got an eye on the days in between.
