What To Cook This Week, Based on Your Zodiac Sign

We're kicking off February with a full moon.

This week leads off with a full moon in Leo on February 1. Because February 1 happens to be a Sunday, the literal first day of the week, we're at the most important new beginning that you’ll see all year long.

The fact that this full moon is in Leo is key. Leos are a bold fire sign ruled by the sun and represented by a lion. They’re confident, brave, and fiercely loyal. While all full moons bring a lot of energy, Leo really kicks things up a notch.

In the kitchen, Leos love food from all over the world and enjoys adding a dash of glam to a midweek meal. That doesn't mean every day brings a new recipe, though—Leos often stick to the same three or four dishes on repeat, since they know what they love.

No matter what your sign is, this is a good week to try something spicy—literally. Add chili crisp or hot honey to your shopping cart on your next trip, and get ready for an exciting week!

I know that meal planning isn’t necessarily your favorite thing to do, so lean into it with a nice pantry staple dish. It will give you a boost of confidence and creative energy.

Sometimes the best self-care is treating yourself to what you want to eat instead of what your partner or family wants. That small move can be really satisfying.
